In a self-service automotive recycling business, the customer removes the part. Our employees create value by helping customers identify the right part, understand where it is located, know what to inspect, and leave with greater confidence.

WHY I BUILT THIS ACADEMY
It’s simple. I love teaching other people how to be successful.
I believe that if you give freely, good things will happen. Maybe not to me or my family, but to the people whose lives I impact in a positive way.
I have come to love the automotive recycling business over the last 40 years, and I would like to think that I have something to give back.
I’m not here because I know everything. I know a couple of things.
This academy is designed to help employees become more than cashiers or customer service representatives. The information learned here can be shared with customers every day, one conversation at a time.
